Sandvik has introduced the second model in its new generation of medium class hydraulic breakers intended to replace its current E Series models in the shape of the BR2577, intended for carriers in the popular 23-28 tonne range. Weighing in at 1,700 kg (3,750 lb), the new breaker has a blow rate from 450 to 750 blows per minute and operates at 135-145 bar (1,950-2,100 psi).
