The vertical axis will maintain high accuracy through out the life of the machine due to hydraulic weight compensation.

This also reduces load on the ball screw. Also fitted to the vertical axis is an additional braking system to prevent any chance of the milling head moving when the machine is switched off or if the hydraulics fail.

The CNC milling machine is constructed from heavily ribbed meehanite cast iron, this creates a stable and rigid milling machine, perfect for heavy milling applications.
