The Spyder 516T is loaded with great features such as a Caterpillar 312 undercarriage, 11 cubic yard hopper that can be loaded from 3 sides, heavy duty Grade 80 steel construction, double deck two bearing screen, massive unibody structure deep frame design and our exclusive, patented Smooth Start technology (US Patent 6,669,026).

The Spyder 516T screen box features a 5' x 16' double deck two bearing screen reaches capacity matched to upwards of 600 tons per hour, subject to material specifications.

The US Grade 80 steel screen box boasts heavy duty wear resistant plate for extra long life.

The hydraulically adjustable screen angle adjusts from 8 to 20 degrees to match the screen angle to material for efficient screening of all types of products.

The 5' x 16' top deck accepts wire cloth, punch plate or finger screens and the bottom deck accepts wire cloth, harp style or finger screens.

The Spyder 516T is a world-class tracked, portable screening plant that is capable of screening 4 different sizes of material (with optional grizzly) simultaneously with the ease of wireless remote control movement and operation.

The Spyder 516T efficiently screens concrete, aggregates, soil and asphalt.

It is also pairs up perfectly with our 4043T Impact Crusher to increase your productivity even more.
