Telehandlers

Telehandlers are used in the agricultural sector, construction industry
and in the warehouse management, where they act as fork lift trucks,
wheel loaders, mobile cranes or working platforms. Efficient drive and
control solutions that are characterized by their reliability, economic
efficiency and ease of operation create the precondition for optimum
market success. The travel drives for these machines include not only
purely hydrostatic drives, but also power shift gearboxes, multi-motor
drives and summation gearboxes. For the working hydraulics, electric
proportional pump control systems and the flow sharing (LUDV) control
developed by Rexroth are increasingly being used today, in addition to
the classical load sensing.

Our experts from the Application Center Telehandlers equip your machine
with custom-made drive and control solutions, using for example variable
displacement pumps A4VG, A10VO, variable displacement motors A6VM,
control blocks M4 and SX14, LAG steering units, RC electronic controllers,
master controllers TH6 and THE5, LT brake valves, lowering brake valves,
pressure reducing valves as well as additional valves for functions such
as support, leveling and steering mode adjustment.
