ATLAS Copco has released the HB 3100 hydraulic breaker with PowerAdapt suitable for oil and gas drilling.

According to ATLAS Copco, the PowerAdapt system shuts down the hydraulic breaker in case the oil pressure is too high.

ATLAS Copco claims the HB 3100 hydraulic breaker is also installed with an improved box system, which provides better stability and resistance to tough operating conditions.

Weighing approximately 3.15kg, the HB 3100 can be attached to carriers of the 30 to 52 tonne class.

The HB 3100 hydraulic breaker also has ATLAS Copco’s proven features including the VibroSilenced System to protect against noise and vibrations, AutoControl to adapt the blow frequency and impact energy to the rock hardness as well as the integrated automatic lubrication system ContiLube II.
