The safety equipment shop says it can now offer;

-An analysis of primary hazards

-Evaluating existing risk reduction principles.

-Comparison of machine compliance with existing regulations

-Priorty list (heirarchy of risk)

The company says the risk assessment report will identify hazards, evaluate risk and provide comprehensive risk control recommendations complying with AS4024.1- 2006 (machine safety standard) and OHS regulations.

Together with this, Treotham Automation will provide:

-Consultation with all relevant personnel

 -A detailed report documenting risk control recommendations

-Safety design includes component selection, Hardware (Safety Schematics)

-Software development and customer training

-Safety requirement specifications

-Detailed electrical, mechanical, software and control system design

-Component selection-Validation analysis complying with AS4024.1502-2006

-Assessment of existing design against safety requirements

-Evaluate selected components

-Test of safety related hardware and software
