EATON has announced the acquisition of Integ Holdings, the parent company of Integrated Hydraulics, in order to expand its fluid power activities.
Integrated Hydraulics is UK-based manufacturer of screw-in cartridge valves, custom-engineered hydraulic valves and manifold systems.
Eaton says the acquisition will expand the geographic presence of its hydraulics business and enhance its product portfolio in the European market.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
