Petrojack ASA (OSL:JACK) will release the first quarter earnings for 2008 on Wednesday, May 21.  The financial results will be made available on the company’s website at petrojack.no/investor.htm.

Petrojack ASA is a Norway-based company active within the offshore drilling market. The Company is engaged in the development, rental and project management of offshore oilrigs. It specializes in the construction and operation of modern jack-up rigs, which are comprised of self-contained combination drilling rigs and floating barges, fitted with long support legs that can be raised or lowered independently of each other.

Petrojack has three identical jackup rigs under construction at Jurong Shipyard Pte Ltd (JSPL), a subsidiary of SembCorp Marine Ltd which is a ship and rig builder in Singapore. Petrojack has started the construction of PetroJack I, and the delivery is scheduled for March 15th, 2007, the next two rigs are scheduled for delivery January and June, 2008.
